WHERE CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO?

Billing and shipping addresses must be within Canada. We do not offer international shipping and cannot ship to PO boxes, re-shippers, or package forwarding services.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Get in touch with us at shop@unmade.ca for any adjustments. Please note that requests made later than 12 hours after ordering may not be eligible for adjustments, as your order is already underway.

MY ORDER DIDN'T ARRIVE.

If your order didn't arrive on the expected delivery date, please get in touch with us at shop@unmade.ca.

CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders typically leave our warehouse within 4 full business days. Shipping generally takes from 3 to 7 business days, depending on the location of delivery. Please note shipping companies do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Business days are Monday through Friday.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order size and weight, using Canada Post's rates for the delivery address postal code.

Shipping within Ontario ranges from $15-$20.
Domestic shipping ranges from $20-$30.

We ship everywhere in Canada.

WHO WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?

All orders in Canada are shipped with Canada Post.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered completely and accurately, including any apartment, unit, or buzzer number. If the package is undeliverable due to the incomplete shipping address, it is the party's responsibility that entered the incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
